How do I get and use a Denver Daily Deals voucher that I’ve purchased?
Once you buy a Denver Daily Deal, we’ll send you an email with a link to a printable voucher. Depending on the deal, vouchers will become available at
different times. You can also sign in to your account at any time to view and print any available vouchers you’ve purchased. Once you've signed in, click on
"My Deals" at the top of the page. On this page, you'll be able to view and print your available deals. Just print the voucher and bring it to the business
when you’re ready.
If I don't use the full value of the voucher in one visit, can I use the remainder later?
No. Unless otherwise stated, you will not receive credit or cash back for any unused portion of a voucher.
What if there's a problem with, or I want to return, my order?
All sales are final. If you have a problem with your purchase, please contact the business first. If you still require assistance, please contact us within
48 hours of the close of the deal. Requests made after 48 hours cannot be processed due to the limited timeframe of the deals.
Can I use my Denver Daily Deals voucher together with other offers and specials from the Merchant?
Generally no, but it’s really up to the merchant. If the merchant will let you combine your voucher with other offers or discounts, we may specify that on
the face of the voucher.
What if my Denver Daily Deals voucher expires?
If the voucher expires before you use it, you unfortunately will no longer be able to redeem it for the promotional value on the voucher.
What are Deal Bucks?
You earn Deal Bucks when someone you refer makes their first purchase. Successful referrals earn you $10 in Deal Bucks, good for the future purchase of another
deal. Deal Bucks have no cash value.
One of my referrals purchased, but I didn't receive credit. What can I do?
There are many ways that a referral can nullify your link. Clearing their web browser cache, using a different browser, or using a different computer to name a few.
We are not responsible for these circumstances. Deal Bucks are calculated automatically by the site when you get three people to buy the deal using your
unique referral link. Referrals must use your unique link for your account to be credited. Please review the official rules.
